
By using the Wagzo application (“the Application”) or registering as a customer, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you must immediately stop using the Application.
The Wagzo Application acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers (pet owners) with service providers and sellers. It is licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
The Application does not provide services or products itself and is not a party to any contract between the customer and the service provider.
The Application bears no direct or indirect responsibility for the quality of services, products, timing, or any obligations or damages resulting from your dealings with service providers.
The role of the Application is limited to providing a platform for communication, booking, and payment when required. The Application or its operators are not responsible for:
– Any injuries or damages that may occur to the pet during or after the service,
– Any losses, damages, delays, or failure to provide the service by the provider,
– Any legal or financial obligations arising between the customer and the service provider.
The Application’s obligation is limited to providing reasonable support as deemed appropriate by its management.
The customer must provide accurate and complete information when registering in their pet’s profile.
The customer confirms that the pet has received all required vaccinations and that they are fully responsible for any risks or obligations arising from the pet’s health condition or behavior.
The customer must not misuse the Application or use it for illegal purposes.
Customers may be required to upload documents such as ID cards and pet vaccination records during registration.
The Application reserves the right to review all provided data and documents before activating the account and may reject any registration request that does not meet requirements without providing reasons.
The customer must ensure that all provided information is accurate, up to date, and not misleading.
The Application may send reminders for vaccination updates, but the final responsibility lies with the customer.
All communication between customers and service providers must take place through channels within the Application.
The Application is not responsible for any agreements or conversations that take place outside the Application.
Violation of this condition may result in warnings or permanent account suspension.
The Application is not responsible for any dealings or damages resulting from communication outside the platform, and the customer bears full responsibility in such cases.
The customer must complete their profile and pet details, including name, picture, type, age, weight, breed, registration number, and vaccination details.
Documents such as ID cards, proof of address, and payment methods may be requested.
The account remains under review until approved by the Application’s management.
The customer acknowledges that the Application is not obligated to verify the authenticity of medical records or vaccination certificates provided, and full responsibility lies with the customer.
The customer is responsible for ensuring their pet is vaccinated and for uploading the latest vaccination card.
The customer is also responsible for any veterinary treatment or medications required during the service.
Aggressive or dangerous pets must not be handed over to service providers.
Any health conditions or allergies must be disclosed in advance.
The Application is not responsible for damages resulting from failure to disclose or providing incorrect information.
The Application may provide support or mediation between the customer and the service provider in disputes regarding cancellations or refunds, without incurring any direct financial liability.
The Application may include electronic payment services on behalf of service providers or sellers, and payment through the Application is considered a direct settlement to them.
Cancellations or refunds are only permitted according to the terms and policies of each service provider or seller, as specified on the service or product page within the Application.
The customer acknowledges that the Application is not responsible for refunds or cancellations unless explicitly stated by the provider or seller.
The customer acknowledges that their personal data and pet data may be collected and used for the purpose of operating the Application and providing services.
The customer has the right to request modification or deletion of their data in accordance with UAE law.
The minimum age to register is 18 years.
In the case of registration by a parent or legal guardian, they bear full responsibility for all transactions.
In case of emergencies such as sudden illness, injury, or pet escape, the customer agrees that the service provider has the right to take urgent action, including visiting a veterinarian.
All costs are borne by the customer.
The customer confirms that their pet is not aggressive and does not pose a threat to others.
If proven otherwise, the Application or service provider has the right to cancel the service immediately.
The Application shall not publish any personal data or addresses of the customer without explicit consent, and the use of photos or videos is limited to marketing purposes related to the services only.
If the customer uploads photos or videos of their pet or profile, they grant the Application a non exclusive license to use them for platform operation or marketing campaigns, while retaining the right to withdraw consent.
The customer agrees to indemnify the Application and its operators against any claims, damages, or costs arising from violation of these terms or due to the pet’s behavior.
The Application reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of the Application after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the changes.
The customer acknowledges that the use of the Application is at their own risk.
The Application is not responsible for any technical failures, payment gateway disruptions, or network outages.
The Application makes no express or implied guarantees regarding services or products provided by service providers and does not guarantee continuous or error free availability.
If a customer later registers as a service provider or seller, the Terms and Conditions applicable to service providers shall also apply to them in addition to these Terms.
All intellectual property rights of the Application (Wagzo) and its content are owned by Wagzo Portal or licensed to it, and the Application is registered and licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism.
No part of the Application may be copied, reproduced, or exploited without prior written consent.
The Application reserves the right to suspend or cancel a customer’s account at any time in the event of a breach of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from them.
All notifications or updates sent by the Application via email or through the platform shall be considered official and binding.
Before resorting to court, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through mediation or direct communication with the Application’s management.
