1.1 These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Wagzo Platform (“Platform”) by service providers (“Providers”) who offer pet related services through the Platform.

2.2 If the Provider is an individual who is not legally licensed for certain services, the Provider shall be solely responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals from the competent authorities.
2.3 Providers must submit accurate and complete information during registration, including name, contact details, licenses (if any), and service details.
2.4 Wagzo reserves the right to approve or reject any Provider registration request.
3.1 Providers shall deliver services in a professional, safe, and humane manner.
3.2 Pets must be treated with care and in accordance with the applicable animal welfare laws and regulations in the UAE.
3.3 Providers are responsible for ensuring that their employees or assistants are trained and qualified to handle animals.
4.1 Providers may set their own service prices, subject to Wagzo’s guidelines and approval.
4.2 Payments shall be collected through the Platform’s payment system, and Wagzo will transfer the Provider’s due amounts after deducting the applicable commission or fees.
4.3 Wagzo reserves the right to withhold or delay payments in the event of a dispute or complaint until resolution.
4.4 The Service Providers shall offer their services on Wagzo at the same prices they offer to their customers through their own websites, physical shops, or social media accounts. Wagzo reserves the right to suspend or delete any Service Provider’s account in the event of non compliance with this requirement.
5.1 The Provider undertakes not to contact, contract with, or provide services directly to customers introduced through the Wagzo Platform outside the Platform.
5.2 If the Provider is found to have bypassed the Platform to avoid fees or commissions, Wagzo reserves the right to take legal action under applicable UAE laws.
5.3 Wagzo shall have the right to claim compensation for any losses or damages incurred, including lost commissions or reputational harm.
5.4 Wagzo may suspend or permanently terminate the Provider’s account without prior notice in the event of such violation.
6.1 Providers shall be fully responsible for the services delivered to customers.
6.2 In the event of any harm, injury, or loss to a pet or customer during the service, the Provider shall bear full responsibility.
6.3 Providers are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage (if available) for the services they provide.
7.1 Providers shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the UAE.
7.2 Providers may not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
8.1 Wagzo reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
8.2 Wagzo may suspend or terminate a Provider’s account in case of any violation of these Terms.
9.1 Wagzo acts solely as an intermediary between customers and Providers and does not itself offer any pet related services.
9.2 If a Provider is an individual without an official or legal license, the Provider shall be solely responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals.
9.3 Wagzo, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
