By using the Wagzo application or website (“Platform”), you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Data you provide directly:

• Name, phone number, email, country, address.
• Login details (username, password).
• Pet details (name, age, vaccinations, health conditions, diet).
• For service providers: experience, qualifications, licenses (if any), pricing, and location.

2.2 Payments and transactions:

• Booking and transaction details (amount, date, payment method).
• We do not store card information; payments are processed securely by our partners.

2.3 Usage data:

• Location (with your permission) during services.
• IP address, device type, browser/app version, language, and in app navigation.
• Cookies and similar technologies.

2.4 Data from third parties:

• Social login (Google, Apple, Facebook) if you choose.
• Data from payment providers, technical support, and partners.
• Customer reviews, ratings, and feedback.

3. How We Use Information

We use your data to:

• Create accounts and deliver services (bookings, payments, communication).
• Enable live tracking during services (location visible only while service is active).
• Improve and personalize the Platform.
• Ensure security, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Send notifications or promotional offers (you can opt out at any time).

4. Sharing Your Information

We only share your data when necessary:

• With customers or service providers to complete a booking.
• With partners (hosting, payment, customer support) under strict confidentiality agreements.

Wagzo does not sell your personal data.

5. Location Data

• Live location sharing applies only during the service (e.g., Pet Taxi, walking).
• Once the service ends, tracking automatically stops.
• You can manage location permissions through your device settings.

We use two types of cookies:

• Essential cookies: for login, preferences, and security.
• Optional cookies: for analytics and marketing (with your consent).

You may disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.

7. Your Rights (under UAE PDPL)
